Want to volunteer with a group?
We welcome corporate groups, faith based ministries, schools and any groups looking to come together for a time of impactful service and meaningful connections at The Store. Engage in a hands-on experience that not only helps combat food insecurity in our community but also strengthens bonds through shared acts of love and dignity.
Weekly Volunteer Opportunities
Our "Grocery Volunteer" opportunity is ideal for groups, and depending on availability we can typically accommodate groups of 10-12 people per shift to ensure a great experience for everyone. Our “Restocking The Store” opportunity is better for smaller groups of 6-8 people. Here is our weekly schedule:
RESTOCKING THE STORE
- Wednesdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Thursdays and Fridays 8:30am - 10:30am
GROCERY VOLUNTEER
- Wednesdays 1:30pm - 6:00pm
- Thursdays and Fridays 10:30am - 1:00pm // 12:30pm - 5:00pm
- Saturdays 8:30am - 12:00pm // 11:30am - 3:00pm
If you will have more people than the specified group limits, we can look at splitting the group up over multiple shifts or between our two locations if possible. To schedule a group volunteer shift, please email volunteer@thestore.org to make a reservation.
Group Projects
If our regularly scheduled volunteer shifts don't work with your schedule but your group is equipped with a philanthropic budget, we can explore developing a special project for your group. Please email volunteer@thestore.org for more details!
